Retreat Policies:

Host/coordinator may receive a discount based on the number in their group.  This will be discussed at the time of booking.  A contract with all details will be sent to the host after booking.  The signed contract and the deposit is due within 10 days of the contract being sent out.  If the deposit and contract are not received within this time frame, Red Boot Retreat reserves the right to open the dates to another group.

The group leader/coordinator is responsible for the collection of retreat fees from their group and payment in full 30 days in advance.  No portion of the final payment is refundable.

Deposits are refundable if the retreat is cancelled at least 90 days in advance.

There is a $25 Fee for returned checks.

Red Boot Retreat does not allow pets, babies, or anyone under the age of 18.  Registered Service animals are always welcome.
