Laura Heine Collage Class & Retreat
Beginning collage class using the Laura Heine Mini #5 set of patterns. You can choose from the featherweight, the pin cushion, or the dress form. If you have a collage already started, you may work on it depending on the pattern.
Please email us at info@redbootretreat.com to confirm your in progress pattern can be accommodated by the instructor.
Fee is for the retreat only. An additional $75 instruction fee is due to the instructor on arrival. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the retreat will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat are not refundable unless you find someone to fill your spot or it can be filled from a waitlist.
Red Boot Retreat is a smoke, vape, and pet free facility. Registered service animals are always welcome. Attendees must be 18 or over.

| Instructor Bio: | My creative journey began in Wisconsin where I was reared and graduated from college before fleeing the -30 degree temperatures and -100 windchils to sunny south Texas. As a child, 4H was my creative outlet as my seamstress grandmother passed when I was young and my mother did not sew or have time to do many crafts with my three brothers and I running amok. In the intervening years, my career in Texas public education meant my quilting and sewing time was limited to holidays and summer breaks, while also finding time to indulge in my love of travel. Now that I have retired from public education after 30 years, I am able to pursue my love of quilting, applique, and pattern design by teaching at several local shops and retreat centers. I am thrilled to be a Laura Heine certified instructor because I have loved how she uses color, texture, and pattern to create a work of art. |
